Warranty Coverage

We provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all repairs performed at our facility for as long as you own your vehicle.

What’s Covered

  • Body Repairs - All sheet metal and structural repairs are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship.
  • Paint Work - We guarantee against peeling, blistering, or other paint defects caused by our workmanship.
  • Parts - Covered under the individual manufacturer's warranty (OEM or aftermarket).

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by subsequent accident(s), neglect, abuse, or improper maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear or environmental damage (rust, road salt, tree sap, bird droppings, etc.).
  • Repairs not performed by Radley Collision Center.
  • Any sublet repairs or services not performed by Radley (e.g. glass, alignments, ADAS calibrations), unless otherwise stated.

Claiming a Warranty Repair

To make a warranty claim:

  • Contact us at (540) 376-3692.
  • Provide your repair order number and proof of vehicle ownership.
  • We will schedule a time to inspect the concern and determine if it's covered.

Your Responsibilities

  • Follow all post-repair care guidelines, especially after paint work.
  • Report any issues promptly.
  • Maintain the repaired area with reasonable care.
